REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

Prior to proceeding with our service, we urge you to carefully peruse the subsequent terms and conditions.
Warranty Terms
Devices sent to Ultra Mobile Repairs for servicing will be covered by a 6-month warranty starting from the date when the service is completed. Please note that if warranty is approved and another part is needed to fix the device it wont restart the warranty period.
Warranty Approval Procedure
Warranty claims are contingent upon approval by our technicians. If you find the resolution unsatisfactory, please get in touch with us at info@ultramobilerepairs.com
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty will be rendered null and void, failing to cover defects, if any of the following circumstances are evidenced:
Physical and water damage, be it accidental, deliberate, or a result of general wear and tear.
Post Apple device repairs, if the device exhibits notifications like “Unknown Part” or “Display/battery could not be verified.”
Third-party servicing of the device not associated with Ultra Mobile Repairs.
Problems unrelated to the initial service intent and not diagnosed by Ultra Mobile Repairs, encompassing software glitches, hardware issues, motherboard malfunctions, and liquid damage.
Loss of data incurred due to the servicing. Customers are advised to back up their data before undergoing any servicing option.
Services performed with parts procured from sources other than Ultra mobile repairs.
If the serviced phones IMEI number doesn’t match the phone that is brought in for warranty.
Service, Labour And Booking Fees
Service and delivery fees may be applicable in case of incorrect choice/change of mind to all devices we fix and depends on what device it is and cost of the total fix. Our minimum service, and delivery fee is $59. The cost of the part fixed or replaced is different to service and delivery fee.
Waterproofing Disclaimer
It’s important to note that tampering with a device’s internal components may compromise its original waterproofing capabilities. Ultra Mobile Repairs does not extend a warranty for waterproofing and shall not be held accountable for liquid damage resulting from a broken seal.
Uncollected Devices
If a device remains uncollected for a period of 60 days after service completion, it will be disposed of or recycled in compliance with uncollected goods legislation.
Refund Procedure
If a refund is approved, any components installed by Ultra Mobile Repairs remain the property of Ultra Mobile Repairs and must be returned to initiate the refund process. If the installed components are damaged when returned and is by the fault of the user then you may be charged a fee relative to the cost of the part or it can void your warranty.
If a phone we have serviced stops working within the 6 month warranty period and is deemed irreparable by our technicians and is caused solely by the repair we can only refund you up to the amount of the initial repair. If the phone is deemed irreparable for any other reason (water damage, physical damage, issues not related to the previous service etc.) we will not be responsible for replacing or warranting the device. However in good faith we will undertake the next fix at a discounted rate.
SERVICE PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS
Services Provided
Ultra Mobile Repairs offers physical services for various phone models, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other device system issues like data enquiries. We also offer various services for all different kinds of consoles like Nintendo, PlayStation, Box and more.
Our technicians will give you a free over the phone assessment so you can get an idea on what’s wrong with your device. We will also give you with a general estimate based on the information you’ve provided us with so you know what price range to expect.
Servicing Process
Step 1. Contact us at our email: info@ultramobilerepairs.com or give us a call on 0493 696 149 and tell us what’s wrong with your device. After we have a general idea with what’s wrong with the device we will be able to give you an estimate on what it will cost to fix as well as how long it will take to complete. (Most services are completed same day however some parts may be in high demand). You’ll be notified before the job if the part is unavailable.
We may ask for your devices model to be able to give you an accurate quote. if you’re unsure then follow the steps in the “what model is my phone” section.
Step 2. Next we undertake a quick inspection to assess the issue and give you a much more accurate quote as well as any other important information.
Step 3. Now it’s time to fix your device. Once you are happy to go ahead with the service, one of our experienced technicians will attempt to fix it for you on site the same day. This excludes services that are more extensive. If we need to take a device to our warehouse for inspection, then you will be notified of the estimated time frame needed to fix it.
Step 4. After our technicians have finished, we thoroughly test the device to make sure everything was successful and to ensure there are no other issues with the device before handing it back to you or contacting you to organise return
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash and Afterpay. (fees may apply).
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for backing up all data on their device before submitting it to us. Ultra Mobile Repairs is not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the Servicing process.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the device’s issues and any relevant history to assist in the servicing process.
Limitation of Liability
Ultra Mobile Repairs liability is limited to the fixing or replacement of the defective part or service. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
In the event of a claim, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, customers must return the fixed device to Ultra Mobile Repairs with proof of the original service and warranty claim within the 6-month warranty period.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Ultra Mobile Repairs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our service location.
SELLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Selling To Ultra Mobile Repairs
Ultra Mobile Repairs reserve the right to to purchase any items at our sole discretion. Ultra Mobile Repairs reserve the right to limit the number of purchases that are honoured to any customer at their sole discretion.
Please ensure that you are the legal owner of the goods you wish to sell, as ownership will be transferred to Ultra Mobile Repairs upon receipt of order.
Please ensure the information you are providing about the device post sale is accurate and up to date. If you are selling a device to Ultra Mobile Repairs we may need to be provided with an up to date official government approved photo ID to be documented with the device for quality, safety and legal purposes. If any of the information provided about the device is false or misleading, the customer who has linked their photo ID to the device on the day of the completion of the sale will be held liable for any and all legal repercussions that come from false or misleading information about the device, its condition or its original ownership. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then don’t attempt to sell or trade a device through Ultra Mobile Repairs.
