Step 1: Contact Us

After we have a general idea of what’s wrong we will be able to provide you an with an estimate of what it will cost as well as a time frame to complete the job (Most services are completed same day; however some parts may be in high demand and this may cause a delay). Therefore, we will advise you if we are out of stock before picking up the device.

Step 2: Get A Quote & Book In A Day
Next we pick a day that works for you and meet you at your desired location, or you can book in with us of an in store service.
From there, we will give your device a quick inspection to assess the problem and give you a more accurate estimate, as well as any other important information about the device and your options moving forward.
Step 3: We Come And Refurbish Your Broken Device
Now it’s time to sort your device. So once you’re happy with the price and ready to go ahead with everything, one of our experienced team members will meet you and refurbish it for you within hours.
However, this excludes some services that are more extensive. Additionally if we need to take a device to our warehouse for a deeper inspection, then you will be notified of the approximate time frame needed to finish.
Step 4: We Test Our Quality
After our team has finished, we thoroughly test our work to make sure everything was successful and to ensure there are no other issues with the device before handing it back to you.
Step 5: Get Your Device Back, Good As New
Once everything is complete we will contact you to organise the return of your device. If the service is done on site then we can simply hand it back to you in person as soon as the testing is completed.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon. Any services above $130 may require an initial deposit to order in parts.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, cash and Afterpay (processing fees may apply)
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal information on their device before coming to see us. Furthermore, UMR is not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the servicing process.
