How Much Will The Repair Cost?

Depending on what you need fixed, it might only cost you as little as $35 if its a simple repair like a speaker or charging port clean. However, for more serious repairs like motherboard inspection or an Original screen replacement, it can cost a few hundred dollars

How Long Does The Repair Take?

For iPad & tablet repairs, If we have the parts in stock, it normally takes about 1 to 2 hours from the time we have your device to complete the repair. This doesn't include more extensive repairs like motherboard repairs which can be up to 2 weeks depending on the issue.

Will I Lose My Photos And Data?

For most repairs your data is safe. once the tablet is repaired you should have all your old photos and info. If you have backed up your data then even if the tablet cant be repaired, you will still have some of your information linked to your account. For serious issues like a faulty motherboard, your data could be lost.

Should I Repair My iPad Or Get A New One?

Each case is different, which is why we assess the device and give you a variety of repair options. If its something simple like a battery or a digitiser screen then most of the time getting it repaired is your best option. if the device needs lots of replacement parts then sometimes its cheaper to upgrade. give us a call to discuss your options.

How Long Does It Take To Order Replacement Parts In?

All our replacement parts arrive between 24 to 48 hours from the time we place the order. We can only order parts during week days. Any parts ordered on Friday will not come until Tuesday.

Do You Use Genuine Replacement Parts?

We can order in genuine replacement parts, however they are much more expensive compared to the recommended parts we offer. We use high quality OEM replacement parts, pulled apple parts and budget friendly replacement parts.

What Happens If You Cant Fix My iPad?

If we cant fix it then we can send it away to our board specialists, they take a detailed look and try diagnose and repair the issue. If that fails then we may not be able to recover your data. However we might be able to offer you some cash for your broken devices parts.

The guys at Ultra Mobile Repairs did an awesome job repairing my iPhone screen. I booked in with Kye at their Green Point store and had my phone repaired and fully tested in under an hour.
