HDMI & No Display Problems

If your console turns on but your TV says No Signal, displays a black screen or the HDMI connection feels loose, the HDMI port or another internal component may be damaged.

How much does a gaming console repair cost?

The cost depends on the console, the fault and the parts or repair work required. However if its something simple like a clean or thermal paste replacement then the cost is normally fair and affordable. Contact us with your console model and the problem you're experiencing and we'll provide a quote or assessment.

How long does a console repair take?

If its a replaceable component and we have the parts in stock, we can normally get the device back to you same day. This doesn't include more extensive repairs like HDMI Replacements which can take 1 or 2 days. Motherboard repairs can be up to 2 weeks depending the issue.

Will I lose my games or saved data?

For most repairs your data is safe. once the console is repaired you should have access to all your old games and saved data. For serious issues like a faulty motherboard, your data could be lost.

Can you repair a console that won't turn on?

Yes, we can check your motherboard and power supply for faults and abnormalities. Our technicians will always try our best, however we can not guarantee a successful repair with these issues every time.

Can you repair a broken HDMI port?

Yes, we can replace broken and worn out HDMI ports for many consoles.

Do I need to bring my cables and controller?

Where possible, bringing the relevant power cable, HDMI cable, game and controller can help us assess the problem faster. We'll let you know what is required when arranging your repair.

The guys at Ultra Mobile Repairs did an awesome job repairing my iPhone screen. I booked in with Kye at their Green Point store and had my phone repaired and fully tested in under an hour. Prices were fair and they even offered delivery with the repair, which was super convenient. Highly recommend if you need fast phone repairs on the Central Coast.
