If you have backed up your data then even if the phone cant be repaired, you will still have some of your information linked to your account. For serious issues like a faulty motherboard, your data could be lost.

Should I Repair My Phone Or Get A New One?

How Long Does It Take To Order Replacement Parts In?

All our replacement parts arrive between 24 to 48 hours from the time we place the order. We can only order parts during week days. Any parts ordered on Friday might not come until Tuesday.

Do You Use Genuine Replacement Parts?

We can order in genuine replacement parts, however they are much more expensive compared to the recommended parts we offer. We use high quality OEM replacement parts, pulled apple parts and budget friendly replacement parts.

What Happens If You Cant Fix My Phone?

If we cant fix it then we can send it away to our board specialists, they take a detailed look and try diagnose and repair the issue. If that fails then we may not be able to recover your data. However we might be able to offer you some cash for your broken devices parts.
