- Parts – Not servicable, used for components only.
What Info Do We Need?
When contacting us, please provide:
- Device make & model
- Is the device unlocked?
- Details of any physical or internal damage
- Battery health (for Apple devices)
- Storage capacity (e.g. 64GB, 128GB)
- IMEI number (in settings, back of phone, or SIM tray)
- Clear photos (front and back)
